| ERC: Electronic Refund Check |
The ERC takes approximately 7 to 17 days depending on the IRS. Funds for this bank product are made available to the taxpayer as soon as the IRS releases their refund to RCB. A state refund may also be received for this customer with a State Electronic Refund Check (SERC). When funds from the state refund are deposited with RCB, a check is made available to the taxpayer. |

| RET: Refund Electronic Transfer |
| The RET, like the ERC, takes about the same time as a ERC, 7 to 17 days or immediately after IRS deposit with RCB. This bank product is a direct deposit to the taxpayer’s account with bank and preparers fees taken out. RCB’s state programs works the same as the RET and is called a SRET. |

| Debit Card |
Customers who receive a ERC may opt to have their refund loaded onto a debit card instead of receiving a paper check. They will be able to access their money from most ATM’s and any point of sale that accepts PIN- driven cards. There will be transaction fees deducted from the card as well as applicable ATM fees. |
